Troubleshooting plugin issues
update server api/synchronize site

Sometimes you will run into issues withXagio plugin. :) You will need to take certain steps to troubleshoot the issue.
Change server api
This step, you will do on your wp site. You need to go to Xagio troubleshooting tab, and change api, from currently selected. If unlimited memory isn't already set, please select it.

Click on update server api key button, and save changes.
Update api keys
We are still in your site - go to Xagio settings tab, located before troubleshooting tab.

Press Update API keys button, and wait for success message in buttom right corner.
If you receive an error during these steps, take a note of the error you are receiving. Support team will need to know what is the error you are receiving :)
Synchronize site
Xagio crone is syncronizing site once per 24h. If you make a changes on site, you can either wait for Xagio crone, or do it outside schedule by manually synchronizing site.
If you are switching api keys on site, you have to manually synchronize site as a next step in troubleshooting process :)
There are several ways to manually synchronize site:
1. you can do it from within websites tab - by pressing syncronize button in the top left corner of each site.

2. synchronization from within manage websites tab - you will enter manage website area, by pressing manage website button in top left corner of each site.

After you enter manage website section, you will find synchronize button and press it.

After synchronization, you will either get green finished synchronization popup in the bottom right corner or you will get red popup message instead. If you get red popup error message, take a note of what is it saying and forward it to our support team. :)
